Technical Specifications
Egypt produces high-oil groundnuts in El Wadi El Gedid and Sinai regions. Bold and Spanish types are primary export varieties. All export lots are tested for aflatoxin B1 (≤ 2 ppb) and total aflatoxins (≤ 4 ppb) per EU Regulation 2023/915. Available in-shell, shelled blanched, and roasted (oil- or dry-roasted) for food ingredient and snack markets.
