Premium white hulled sesame from Gedaref and Blue Nile States, Sudan. Purity ≥99.95%, oil content 50–55%, FFA ≤1.0% as oleic acid. Hulled, cleaned, and gravity-sorted. Year-round supply from cold-storage stock.
Cumin
Egyptian cumin (Cuminum cyminum). Whole seed, ground, and oil. Essential oil ≥ 2.5%, moisture ≤ 10%. Premium spice grade for EU and GCC markets. HS 0909.31.
Garlic
Egyptian dry garlic from Upper Egypt. High allicin content, large firm bulbs, strong pungency. Year-round from cold storage. HS 0703.20.
Yellow Onions
Export-grade Egyptian yellow onions with high dry matter content (12–16%), strong outer skins, and extended shelf life. EU-certified, available March through July from Upper and Middle Egypt.
