Cumin
Egyptian cumin (Cuminum cyminum). Whole seed, ground, and oil. Essential oil ≥ 2.5%, moisture ≤ 10%. Premium spice grade for EU and GCC markets. HS 0909.31.
Fennel Seeds
Egyptian fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare). Whole and ground. Essential oil ≥ 1.5%, anise-like flavour. Year-round supply. HS 0909.50.
Coriander Seeds
Egyptian coriander seeds (Coriandrum sativum). Whole, cracked, and ground. Moisture ≤ 10%, essential oil ≥ 0.3%. Major EU and GCC spice export. HS 0909.21.
Peanuts
Egyptian groundnuts — Bold and Spanish types. Oil content 48–52%, aflatoxin-tested to EU Regulation 2023/915. Available in-shell, shelled blanched, and roasted grades.
Lentils
