Dried Hibiscus sabdariffa calyces (Karkade) from Kordofan and Darfur, Sudan. Deep ruby-red colour, high anthocyanin content, tartaric acid β₯13%. Whole and cut-and-sifted grades. Used in beverages, food colouring, nutraceuticals, and functional ingredient applications.

Peanuts
