Gum Arabic
Acacia senegal (Hashab) gum arabic from the Sudanese Gum Belt. Hand-sorted clean amber lumps, kibbled, and spray-dried powder. JECFA 2006 and FCC compliant. E414 approved. Year-round supply.
Hibiscus
Dried Hibiscus sabdariffa calyces (Karkade) from Kordofan and Darfur, Sudan. Deep ruby-red colour, high anthocyanin content, tartaric acid ≥13%. Whole and cut-and-sifted grades. Used in beverages, food colouring, nutraceuticals, and functional ingredient applications.
Peanuts
Egyptian groundnuts — Bold and Spanish types. Oil content 48–52%, aflatoxin-tested to EU Regulation 2023/915. Available in-shell, shelled blanched, and roasted grades.
